Danny is the CEO/Sr. Principal of StudioBooks LLC. He is responsible for the financial management of the company and also spearheads CFO advisory service and Tax practice of the firm.

Prior to Joining StudioBooks, Danny was the CFO for one of the fastest growing privately held waste management and recycling company in Southern California. At age of 30, He became Vice President and Head of diversified company with operations in waste management, hospitality and real estate. He served on the board of 501(c) 3 non-profit company. He has strong background in commercial (including Federal, State, city and county government) and labor union contract administration and has successfully negotiated many multi-million dollar contracts. He has managed operations from 50 employees to 2000 employees. Under his leadership companies expanded their revenue to over 400% due to his expertise in developing new markets, financial, taxation, human resources and acquisitions of companies.

For last 25 years, he has worked as a tax and business advisor in the Architectural, Engineering, Environmental, Cultural services, Water Resources and professional services companies and has served as a Partner, Vice President, CFO and CFO/management consultant. He specializes in corporate taxation, ownership transition, mergers and acquisition strategy, project management and human resources. He is an independent Deltek software consultant for last 25 years and has managed implementation of Deltek system and trained users on the system. His well-rounded background in accounting, taxation, project management and has been very helpful to his clients.

Danny’s father, an Indian army colonel, the Indian government named a road after his father in Delhi, India, his grandfather was the recipient of the prestigious President award. His mother was an entrepreneur and has close relatives in the Bollywood industry.

Danny received his bachelor’s degree in commerce and accounting from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, India, He has earned an Executive MBA and MBA degrees from Pepperdine University and PSU respectively. He has internationally recognized certification in Project Management (PMP), He is also an Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA) and an IRS licensed enrolled agent (EA) and admitted to practice before the IRS on tax matters.

Danny is well regarded by his friends and clients as a friendly, ethical and hardworking and goes an extra mile for his clients. He loves to travel and enjoys horse riding, swimming and cooking.
